REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
For Atlantis Items / Products
You may cancel or return your order before and after your product has shipped. You can raise the cancellation or return request with in 24 hours after placing the order or within 7 days of delivered the item. In case you have any query regarding cancellation / return policies you may call our customer care department.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ORDERED FROM www.atlantisplus.com?
To return a product purchased (full payment made through online payment gateway) on www.atlantisplus.com, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and E-mail it to [email protected]
We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, after deducting bank charges of 2.5%, Services Tax 10% on the bank charges, ECESS of 0.3% on Service Tax, both side freight charges. We will also deduct damage or/and missing part cost in case we receive broken items. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our online store.
WITHIN WHAT TIME PERIOD DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
You can return any product bought from www.atlantisplus.com, before the product is installed at your place. This should be done within 7 days from date of receiving the item.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
We will initiate the refund process once you receive the package with the item in it. The refund will be made to the same payment mode/option(s) originally used to pay for the order after deduction of amount mentioned in clause 1. Please note we will not be able to return the same by cheque or cash.
WHAT DO I DO IN CASE I WAS TO CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE THE SHIPMENT REACHES ME?
Please write to [email protected] with transaction details along with the reason of cancellation. We will initiate the refund process once we receive your cancellation request. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order after deduction of applicable charges mentioned in clause 1.
For Amazon Items / Products
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that are under the Amazon promotional Schemes or Special Occasions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- The total replacement shall be made if the customer feels that the product is not as per the product specification. The shipping charge of sending the product to the Company has to be borne by the customer.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as per the product specification given, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
